This pipe is a smoked Perri that was completely reconditioned by Paul and is hard to tell from new…except that there is one little spot on the rim with a little carbon residue. It was recently purchased from Paul’s widow, along with a few other reconditioned pipes by him and a selection of new pieces. It’s a typically large Perri, with an open draw and acrylic stem. You’re essentially getting a new pipe at used pipe prices. Indeed, the stem might be new and the chamber looks and feels new. The tenon of this pipe can take a 9mm filter.
