Once again, Jobey produces a fine pipe that slips under the radar of collectors. I will agree that the grad, Flamata, is an overreach as there is only a little bit of straight grain here, but there are no weak spots on the bowl and plenty of interesting grain to look at. The condition is excellent in all departments and this stem/tenon does have the Jobey Link treatment, which I like when it is working well, as it does here. You can turn the vulcanite stem in either direction to get where you want to go with it. The draw is open and it passes the cleaner test.
