Forget the straight grain…the commanding aspect of this pipe is its size. For instance, the chamber walls, at their thinnest, are 1/2” thick. It is a 4 Nail Amorelli and the title is, as you could perhaps guess, is “Patriot.” I think it’s really nice of a Sicilian pipe maker to think of us that way. The stem is acrylic and the draw is open. A cleaner passes right through to the bottom of the uncoated chamber. The amount of briar makes this a pipe you will not want to hang from your jaw. New.
