This unsmoked Tao looks small because it is short, but the bowl and chamber are at least a Grp. 5 size. The draw is open and the way the stem is drilled is more reminiscent of vulcanite than acrylic, but of course, it’s not vulcanite or ebonite. I could easily be convinced that it’s amber, but that seems unlikely. I just don’t know. I do know that both sides of the bowl exhibit straight grain.
