Of the rusticated finishes, I do believe Premier is a higher grade than the Regal, although I have no idea why. Perhaps pipe maker Ian Walker feels the Premier has the more difficult rustication to execute. This is a Grp. 6 size in good condition, with some carbon residue on the inner rim and a touch of wear. There is also very light tooth chatter on the stem, which might just polish off. The draw is wide-open. The nomenclature includes a 4 in a circle and the number 13 after the “made in England,” leading me to believe the pipe was made in 2013. Used
