I think you have to say that the condition of this pipe is excellent despite the carbon residue at the inner part of the rim. Because of the bevel, the polishing wheel can’t get to, and remove, that residue, but you can see that there is no wear on the rim at all. The stem is mark-free and the “CP” logo on the stem is intact. And it’s a slim, narrow vulcanite stem…Charatan’s Double Comfort (DC) signature style. It’s a Grp. 5 size and does have the “L” stamp, on the top of the shank if you’re looking. And, like a true Pot, the width of the bowl is greater than its height. Used.
