The old style “CP” logo on the stem has the bottom hook of the “C” going into the loop of the “P” so it is not a newer piece, but the white has been buffed off. The vulcanite stem is free of bite marks. There is no “L” so likely the pipe was distributed in Europe. The draw is open.
