Most definitely a family era piece with a shape number of 179. The bowl is in very good condition, with just a touch of wear on the inner rim and the nomenclature all intact and clear. The issue is the stem, which appears to be original, but with hardly any sign of the crossed “Barling” logo. Perhaps worse are the two tooth indents on the top of the stem and the one on the bottom. I wish I could do something about them, but, of course, I can’t. At least they are not bitten through. In size it’s a large Grp. 3 or small 4.
