Who doesn’t like an English-made Quaint? No one who comes to this site. (Not that they’re automatically blackballed. It has to go to a committee first. Unfortunately, I’m the committee, so yeah, they’re blackballed.) This is a Grp. 6 size, that also comes with a Patent number. For exactly what, I do not know, but just the stamping alone should bring in a few more shekels. The pipe is in very good condition, with just some carbon residue on the rim, a near-pristine brindle stem and a wide-open draw that helps make a cleaner’s inevitable passage a cinch…although I did turn the cleaner once, but that might be because after a pipe or three, I’m almost always working with a slightly bent cleaner. Used.
