Ropp doesn’t seem to grade their pipes, or at least I can’t think of any grades. Maybe they don’t take themselves too seriously. Most companies would want to attach a nice grade level to a piece of briar that enabled a shank this long. This pipe is in excellent condition, with no marks on the vulcanite stem, no wear on the rim and no visible wear in the chamber. The draw is wide-open and the bowl is Grp. 4 size.
