This is my introduction of pipes by Bruno Nuttens, a French pipe maker that I saw and admired at last year’s Chicago show and managed to strong-arm into selling me some of his fine and superbly priced classics at this year’s show in April. Since you can see the photos, I don’t have to describe the shape, but it’s a pleasure to see how well he nails the proportions and the sandblast. This piece is a Grp. 5 size with a vulcanite stem and a wide-open draw. Bruno took care to provide for nice, thick walls, too. New.
