I’ve been doing this a fairly long time…about 48 years, and I’m pretty certain that I’ve never seen a Savinelli Punto Oro Petite. They probably had no choice, or maybe one other choice…to make it a Giubileo D’Oro Petite. I think the quality of the sandblast would have supported that designation. I’d call it a Grp. 3 size, but if somebody wanted to argue that it’s a Grp. 2, I wouldn’t object. Regardless, it’s in excellent condition and is a sweet, little pipe. While I would have no compunction about smoking this pipe, if your wife smokes one, this can only enhance her status in the pipe world and the world of beauty.
