Autographs tend to be large, and this one is larger. Group 8, if such a size exists. Despite thick walls, the chamber diameter at the rim is a hair over 1." The condition is excellent and the grain is such that if the bottom of the shank, and only the bottom weren't blasted it would have been graded higher. One other note...almost all Autographs in my experience have a tenon hole that can take their balsa filter...this pipe does not; it has a normal tenon aperture and it does have a wide-open draw.
