Pipa Croci offered such great values that for a period of time, my pipe shop in S.F., Sherlock’s Haven, made it a point to get as many of this brand’s pipes as possible. The importer knew this and mostly accommodated me, so we did very well with this pipe. This piece is an example of why we sold so many…look at the quality of the wood, the grain, the size and then the price. Hard to beat. It’s a Grp. 6 in excellent condition, with no marks or wear on the rim or the stem, an acrylic stem and open draw and lots of flame grain all around the tall bowl.
