For a lot of the pipes that I post, it's hard to know what to say. Usually I can come up with some kind of BS...the brand's history or some facet about the pipe in hand. For this one, I've been wrestling with how to price it. You don't want to underprice a Royal Flush by Paolo, but you do want to price it so it sells, which is, after all, the point of having a site like this. Well, you judge how well that objective was managed. As for the pipe itself, other than a bare hint of wear on the inner rim, it's in excellent condition, with no marks on the stem and a fine chamber. It is, by definition, chock full of tight straight grain all around the bowl. The draw is wide-open and the cleaner goes straight to the chamber bottom. Between a Grp. 5 and Grp. 6 in size, I'd say.
