The first impression is how light this pipe feels for its size (Grp. 6). We'll see how accurate that impression is when I weigh it at the end of this description. The straight grain goes pretty much all around the bowl, with a drop-off at the front of the bowl. There is carbon residue on the plateau rim, otherwise, the pipe is in excellent condition, with no marks on the acrylic stem. The draw is open and a cleaner goes right to the chamber bottom.
