Sasieni Four Dot #225-10648 *SOLD 3/10/25*

$265.00

This is a Pat. number Sasieni, and while the nomenclature is buffed down, you can read the patent numbers, although I did need a lens to do so. The “Sasieni” does, of course, have that fish tail underlining, but again, while every letter is legible, it’s best to have good, young eyes, or, like me, use a magnifying glass. One aspect is a bit perplexing to me. On the shank, where it will usually name the town that Sasieni uses to name the shape (Worcester or Hurlingham for the Apple shape, which is the shape of this particular bowl) it says “K of K.” What does that mean. I ask any of you that know this stuff and I will have to resort to my guru who is locked up at the southern tip of Iberia and dedicated to answering pipe questions. The condition is very good; the stem, with those old, tiny 4 blue dots is mark-free. Remarkable, really. The inner chamber is in excellent condition and even the rim of this oldie in good, unworn condition.
6” long, bowl 1.55” tall. Weight: 1 oz., 30 grams.
