The pipe, a Grp. 4 in size, is in excellent condition. Interestingly, it is stamped “Made in Ireland.” By no means is this a Pre-Republic pipe. For one thing, the stem is acrylic. If I am reading the sterling hallmark correctly, it’s a 1996 pipe. It also does not have the P-lip and has an open draw.
