Look at the deep ring grain blast all around this bowl. It’s the stuff dreams are mad of for we lovers of old English sandblasts. This is, indeed an old Charatan, pre-Lane, so don’t expect an “L” on it. The rim is crisp, the “CP” logo on the stem is entirely intact, although some of the white is buffed off. There is a tooth indent on the top of the vulcanite stem, but it’s very shallow and in no way compromises the integrity of this original stem. The nomenclature is all clear. It’s ghosted with Latakia, just the way you like it. Grp. 5.
