I’m slowly getting into the collection I recently acquired that will eventually put a lot of handsome Charatans on this site. This is the first and it is a straight grain in excellent condition. Even that virginal, plateau-grained rim still retains its original color, carbon-free. The D.C. stem also seems original, but the “CP” must have been buffed off side. Too bad. The “L” is stamped on the shank.
The draw is wide-open. Grp. 7 in size.
