Originally made in 1953, the pipe must not have been shipped out until 1954, so after the ‘3’ in “England” is also the number 4. You pays your money, you takes yer cherce. The condition is excellent in every way: the nomenclature is crisp and clear, the rim and chamber are clean and clear and the old, original, stem has barely recognizable tooth chatter. It is small…the pipe is stamped Grp. 2 but it’s clearly Grp. 3 size, and that’s according to the Dunhill size template, not my guess.
