If the guy (or pipe) is a prince, isn’t it redundant to add “royal?’ This pipe has the kind of patina that makes me think ti will be a great smoke. And yes, this is The Pipe Whisperer talking. (Sometimes, when there’s something in it for me, I call myself that, a proclaimed pipe whisperer. Don’t believe everything you read.) It looks like an old Stanwell to me. The condition is very good, with just a touch of wear on the rim. The stem is mark-free and the draw is open. The stem material is vulcanite.
